Product Overview
AD5673R is a low power, 16-channel, 12-bit, buffered voltage output, digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This device operate from a single, 2.7V to 5.5V supply range and are guaranteed monotonic by design. This device contain a power-down mode that reduces the current consumption to 2µA typical. It is widely used in application such as optical transceivers, base station power amplifiers, process control (programmable logic controller (PLC), input/output cards), industrial automation, data acquisition systems etc.
- High relative accuracy (INL) is ±0.12LSB typ
- Total unadjusted error (TUE) is ±0.03% of FSR
- Offset error is −0.75mV typ
- Offset error drift is ±2µV/°C typ
- Gain error is +0.04% of FSR typ
- Voltage reference is 2ppm/°C typ
- User selectable gain of 1 or 2 (GAIN pin)
- 1.8V logic compatibility, 400kHz update rate, I²C-compatible serial interface
- Operating temperature is −40°C to +125°C, reset value is zero scale
- Packaging style is 28-lead LFCSP
