Product Overview
The DG407CWI+ from Maxim Integrated Products is an improved, dual 8 channel, CMOS analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer in 28 pin WSOIC package. The CMOS analogue multiplexer/demultiplexer features matching between channels (8ohm max) and flatness over the specified signal range (9ohm max). This low on-resistance mux conduct equally well in both direction and features low charge injection. It also offers low input off-leakage current over temperature less than 5nA at +85°C. It operates with a +5V to +30V single supply and with ±4.5V to ±20V dual supplies. ESD protection is to be greater than 2000V per method 3015.7 of MIL-STD 883. It is ideally suitable for sample and hold circuits, test equipment, guidance and control systems, communications systems, data acquisition systems and audio signal routing.
