Product Overview
The MAX4203EUA+ is an ultra high-speed, low noise, open loop buffer in 8 pin µMAX package. This low power dual buffer has high slew rate, high output current, excellent capacitive load driving capability and have no internal termination resistors. It uses a proprietary architecture to achieve up to 530MHz -3dB bandwidth, 130MHz 0.1dB gain flatness and 4200V/µs slew rate. The low-noise performance makes this buffer suitable for driving high-speed analogue to digital converter (ADC) inputs. This device is used in high-speed DAC buffers, high-speed ADC input buffers, digital transmission line drivers and wireless LANs.
