Dual input, high speed, dual channel power MOSFET driver. It is suitable for use in short circuit protected switching, undervoltage shut-down circuits, switch-mode power supplies, motor controls, power MOSFET switching, switching capacitive loads, shoot-thru protection and latching drivers.
