Product Overview
The Trisil SMP30 series TVS Diode designed to protect telecommunication equipment against lightning and transient induced by AC power lines. It is not subject to ageing and provides a fail safe mode in short circuit for a better protection.
- Bidirectional crowbar protection
- Voltage range from 62 to 270 V
- Low capacitance from 10 to 20pF @ 50V
- 2µA Maximum low leakage current IR
- 150mA Minimum holding current IH
- 30A (10/1000µs) Repetitive peak pulse current IPP
