                      The SFH4350 from Osram is a radial leaded high power infrared emitter. This device is used for infrared Illumination in CMOS camera, sensor technology and data transmission. It is suitable for use in electronic equipment, industrial automation (machine controls, light barriers, vision controls), safety systems and CCTV, smoke detectors.
