Product Overview
Convert async RS232 to RS422/485 at speeds up to 19.2 kbps with distances up to 4000 ft over CATx cables in industrial environments. These devices are great for connecting RS232 devices into an existing RS422 environment.
- Transmit data up to 19.2 kbps or at distances up to 4000 ft.
- Withstands operating temperatures of -40 to 176 degrees F (-40 to 80 C).
- 2-wire half-duplex or 4-wire full-duplex, RS-422 Full-duplex
- Async (data leads) only.
- Powered by 10–30 VDC, 100 mA
- Optically isolates and converts unbalanced half- or full-duplex RS-232 signals to optically isolated
- Switch-selectable data rates between 2400 bps and 19.2 kbps.
