Product Overview
CT4196 is a 60MHz differential probe allows safe, accurate measurement between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground. Designed for high sensitivity measurements, the probe offers up to 60MHz bandwidth. Compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers, the probe is exclusively powered by the included 9V power adapter.
- Selectable attenuation settings of 1x/5x/10x
- Risetime is 12ns for 1x, 6ns for 5x and 10x
- Meets IEC 61010-1 safety standard
- ±35V differential i/p voltage at 10x
- High accuracy of ±2%, ±5mV offset(typical), 2mVrms noise(typical), 50 ohm source impedance
- Power and over range indicator LEDs
- 100cm BNC cable length, 55cm input leads length
- Dimension is 195 x 55 x 30mm
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C
