The 597-6901-607F is a Micro LED® reverse-mount LED made of InGaN. The Micro LED® SMD LED provides one of the industry wide ranges of discrete LED. It is compatible with infrared reflow processes and JEDEC standards. It helps to eliminate mixed technology PC board processing. It can be used with Dialight's wide-range of Optopipe® series light pipes.
