The B260-13-F is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with moulded plastic case and lead-free solderable matte tin-finish terminals as per MIL-STD-202. It is suitable for use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling and polarity protection application.
