                      Product Overview

                      TLE5309DE2211XUMA1 is a 5.0V, dual die, AMR(bottom) and GMR (top) with TCO. It detects the orientation of a magnetic field by measuring sine and cosine angle components with Magneto Resistive (MR) elements. The sensor provides analog sine and cosine output voltages that describe the magnetic angle in a range of 0 to 360° (GMR sensor) respectively. It is a dual die combination with a Giant Magneto Resistance (GMR) sensor for a full 360° angle range. The differential MR bridge signals are independent of the magnetic field strength to maintain constant output voltage over a wide temperature and field range. The analog output is designed for differential or single-ended applications and an internal temperature compensation is applied for higher accuracy. Potential applications include BLDC motors, pedals and rotary switches, steering angle sensing, and valve or flap position sensing.

                      • Separate supply pins for top and bottom sensor, low current consumption and quick start up
                      • Output amplitude optimized for circuits with 3.3V or 5V supply voltage
                      • Immune to airgap variations due to MR based sensing principle, automotive qualified Q100
                      • Pre-amplified output signals for differential or single-ended applications
                      • High accuracy typically 0.1° overall angle error for AMR sensor
                      • Supply voltage GMR range from 3.0 to 3.6V (E1200, E1210, E1211, E5201, -40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 125°C)
                      • Rotation speed is 30,000rpm max (-40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 125°C)
                      • Supply current GMR is 7mA typ (without load on output pins, -40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 125°C)
                      • Temperature coefficient of VDIAG is 0.4%/K typ (-40°C <lt/> TA <lt/> 125°C)
                      • PG-TDSO-16 package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 140°C
