DSTRMST-KT-0197A is a DSTREAM-ST streamed trace and debug probe. DSTREAM-ST high performance debug capability, which is ideal when needing fast downloads, adaptive JTAG clock rates, and parallel streaming trace. The DSTREAM-ST has the performance, adaptability-to-target, and broad Arm architecture support required for faster development. This second-generation Arm debug probe, enabling maximum debug visibility into Arm processors, with 2.4Gbps parallel trace over 4 pins, streams trace data directly to host machine, system auto detection with Development Studio. Supports a range of target connectors including JTAG, MICTOR, and CoreSight.
