Product Overview
The MAX4304ESA+ is a low noise, low distortion op-amp in 8 pin NSOIC package. This ultra high speed op-amp is compensated for gain of +2V/V or greater and delivers 740MHz bandwidth and 1000V/μs slew rate. Low voltage noise density of 2.1nV/√Hz at f = 1MHz and -88dBc spurious free dynamic range at fC = 5MHz make this device ideal for low noise and low distortion applications. This op-amp has wide output voltage swing of ±3.7V and ±70mA output current drive capability. The MAX4304 is used in ADC input buffers, active filters, ultrasound video buffers, cable drivers, pulse/RF telecom applications and video ADC preamp applications.

- Input bias current of 32μA and input offset current of 0.5μA
- Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 95dB at -2.8V ≤ VCM ≤ 4.1V
- Positive PSSR of 85dB at VCC = 3.5V to 5.5V and negative PSRR of 65dB at VEE = -3.5V to -5.5V
- Quiescent supply current of 20mA
