TC7SZ02FE,LJ(CT is a 2-input NOR gate IC (CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC).
- AEC-Q100 (Rev. H) qualified
- High output current is ±24mA (min) at VCC = 3.0V
- 5.5V tolerant inputs, 5.5V power down protection output
- Matches the performance of TC74LCX series when operated at 3.3V VCC
- Supply voltage range from 1.65V to 5.5V
- Quiescent supply current is 2µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 1.65 to 5.5V, Ta = 25°C)
- Propagation delay time is 2.4ns typ at (5.0 ±0.5V, RL=500 ohm, CL=50pF, Ta=25°C, input: tr=tf=3ns)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
