Product Overview
The 558-BOX is a Scotchlok™ Insulation Displacement Connector (IDC) for electrical applications, with 22 to 16AWG wire, tin-plated brass contacts, wire tap slice terminal and crimp termination. This Scotchlok series connector electrically connects a (tap) wire end to a through (run) wire and insulates the connection, is flame retardant and O.D. 0.120-inch maximum insulation. The suggested application tool for this connector is the E-9BM crimping tool.
