Product Overview
AS6C1616-55TIN is a 1024K X 16bit low-power CMOS SRAM. It is a 16,777,216bit CMOS static random access memory organized as 1,048,576 words by 16 bits. It is fabricated using very high-performance, high-reliability CMOS technology. Its standby current is stable within the range of operating temperature. It is well-designed for low-power applications and particularly well-suited for battery back-up nonvolatile memory applications.

- Low power consumption: 45mA (typ) operating current, 10µA (typ) standby current
- Single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply
- All inputs and outputs TTL compatible
- Fully static operation, tri-state output
- Data retention voltage is 1.2V (minimum)
- 2.7 to 3.6V voltage range (VCC)
- 48pin TSOP-I package
- Industrial operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
