Product Information
Product Overview
AD1674 is a complete, multipurpose, 12bit analog to digital converter, consisting of a user-transparent onboard sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA), 10v reference, clock and three-state output buffers for microprocessor interface. The AD1674 is pin compatible with the industry standard AD574A and AD674A but includes a sampling function while delivering a faster conversion rate. The on-chip SHA has a wide input bandwidth supporting 12bit accuracy over the full Nyquist bandwidth of the converter. This A/D converter is widely used in application such as signal processing and traditional dc measurement applications.
- ±1LSB max integral non linearity
- 69dB min signal to noise and distortion ration S/(N+D)
- 12bits min differential non linearity (No missing codes)
- ±2LSB unipolar offset at 25°C and ±6LSB bipolar offset at 25°C
- 385mW typical power dissipation
- Total harmonic distortion (THD) of -90dB
- 50ns typical aperture delay, 250ps typical aperture jitter and 1µs typical acquisition time
- 1MHz full power bandwidth and 500KHz full linear bandwidth
- 28 lead plastic SOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
