Product Overview
AD4112 is a low power, low noise, 24bit, sigma-delta (Σ-Δ) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that integrates an analog front end (AFE) for fully differential or single-ended. The AD4112 also integrates key analog and digital signal conditioning blocks to configure eight individual setups for each analog input channel in use. Typical application includes PLC and DCS modules and instrumentation and measurement.
- Tested for robustness per: IEC61000-4-2/4-3/4-4, IEC61000-4-5, IEC61000-4-6, CISPR 11
- Fast, flexible O/P rate: 1.25SPS to 31.25KSPS and ch scan data rate of 6.21KSPS/ch (161µs settling)
- 16 noise free bits at 1KSPS per channel and 85dB rejection of 50Hz and 60Hz at 20SPS per channel
- ±10V inputs, 4 differential or 8 single-ended, pin absolute maximum rating ±50V
- Absolute input pin voltage up to ±20V and internal or external clock
- 3-wire or 4-wire serial digital interface SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP compatible
- Power supplies: AVDD = 3V to 5.5V, IOVDD = 2V to 5.5V and total IDD = 3.9mA
- 40-lead LFCSP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
