AD4696 is a compact, high accuracy, low power, 16-channel, 16bit multiplexed input precision, successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with Easy Drive features and extensive digital functionality.
- Reduced analog input and reference drive requirements
- 16bits no missing codes
- 1MSPS max sample rate, 1LSB max INL, 93dB typ SNR at fIN = 1KHz, 11.7MHz typ -3dB input BW
- Easy drive features support system level designs with fewer components
- First conversion accurate, no latency or pipeline delay
- Fast conversion time and dual-/quad-SDO modes allow low SPI clock rates
- Customizable channel sequencer, on-chip oversampling and decimation, 1.14V to 1.98V logic SPI
- Internal LDO enables 3.15V to 5.5V, single analog supply operation
- 32 lead LFCSP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
