Product Overview
AD5556 is a precision 14bit, multiplying, low power, current output, parallel input digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply with ±10V multiplying references for four-quadrant outputs. Built-in four-quadrant resistors facilitate the resistance matching and temperature tracking that minimize the number of components needed for multiquadrant applications. The feedback resistor (RFB) simplifies the I-V conversion with an external buffer. Typical applications are automatic test equipment, instrumentation, digitally controlled calibration, digital waveform generation.
