Product Overview
AD5593R 8-channel, 12bit, configurable ADC/DAC with on-chip reference, I2C interface. It has eight input/output (I/O) pins, which can be independently configured as digital-to-analog converter (DAC) outputs, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) inputs, digital outputs or digital inputs. Typical applications include control and monitoring, general-purpose analog and digital I/O.
- Configurable as any combination of: 8 12bit DAC/ADC channels and 8 general-purpose I/O pins
- Integrated temperature sensor
- I2C interface
- ADC: 2LSB max INL, +1LSB max DNL and DAC:+1LSB max INL and DNL
- ADC: ±5mV offset error, 0.3% FSR gain error, 8.2MHz full power bandwidth at 3dB
- DCA: +1LSB max INL, +1LSB max DNL, +3mV offset error
- ADC: 69dB typ SNR, 69dB typ SINAD, -91dB typ THD at VDD = 2.7V
- 1.25V/µs typ slew rate
- 16 lead TSSOP
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C
