Product Information
Product Overview
AD7276 is a high speed, low power, successive approximation analog-to-digital converter. It contain a low noise, wide bandwidth track and-hold amplifier that can handle input frequencies in excess of 55MHz. The conversion process and data acquisition are controlled using CS and the serial clock, allowing the devices to interface with microprocessors or DSPs. The input signal is sampled on the falling edge of CS, and the conversion is initiated at this point. There are no pipeline delays associated with the part. It uses an advanced design techniques to achieve very low power dissipation at high throughput rates.
- Specified for VDD of 2.35V to 3.6V
- Power consumption is 12.6mW at 3MSPS with 3V supplies
- No pipeline delays
- Flexible power/serial clock speed management
- Gain error is ±3.5LSB max
- High speed serial interface to SPI-/QSPI™-/MICROWIRE™-/DSP compatible
- Power-down mode is 0.1μA typ, total harmonic distortion is −73dB max
- Resolution is 12bits, linearity error is ±1max
- Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Packaging style is 6-lead thin small outline transistor package (TSOT)
