Product Overview
AD7651 is a 16-bit, 100KSPS, charge redistribution SAR analog to digital converter. The part contains a high speed 16-bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, internal reference, error correction circuits and both serial and parallel system interface ports. Typical applications include data acquisition, instrumentation, digital signal processing, spectrum analysis, medical instruments, battery-powered systems and process control.
- Analog input voltage range: 0 V to 2.5V
- Single 5V supply operation
- 16bit resolution and 100KSPS throughput
- No pipeline delay
- Parallel and serial 5V/3V interface
- SPI®/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
- Power dissipation: 16mW typ at 100KSPS, 160µW at 1KSPS without REF and 38mW at 100KSPS with REF
- Pin-to-pin compatible with PulSAR ADCs
- 48 lead LQFP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
