Product Overview
AD7676 is a 16bit, charge redistribution SAR, fully differential analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single 5V power supply. The part contains a high speed 16bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and both serial and parallel system interface ports. The AD7676 is hardware factory-calibrated and is comprehensively tested to ensure such AC parameters as signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and total harmonic distortion (THD), in addition to the more traditional DC parameters of gain offset and linearity.
- Throughput: 500KSPS and INL: ±1LSB max
- 16bit resolution with no missing codes
- S/(N+D): 94dB typ at 45KHz and THD: -110dB typ at 45KHz
- Differential input range: ±2.5V
- Both AC and DC specifications and no pipeline delay
- Parallel (8bits/16bits) and serial 5V/3V interface
- SPI™/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
- 67mW typ power dissipation and 7µW power-down mode
