Product Overview
AD7863 is a high speed, low power, dual 14bit analog-to-digital converter that operates from a single 5V supply.
- Two fast 14bit ADCs
- Four input channels
- Simultaneous sampling and conversion
- 5.2μs conversion time, 7MHz typ -3dB small signal BW, 78dB min SINAD, -82dB max and -87dB typ THD
- High speed parallel interface
- Single supply operation and selection of input ranges: ±10V
- Overvoltage protection on analog inputs
- 70mW typical low power and 105μW maximum power saving mode, ±2.5LSB relative accuracy
- 28 lead WSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
