Product Overview
AD7934-6 is a 12bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The AD7934-6 features four analog input channels with a channel sequencer that allows a preprogrammed selection of channels to be converted sequentially. This part can accept either single ended, fully differential, or pseudo differential analog inputs. Data acquisition and conversion are controlled by standard control inputs that allow for easy interfacing to microprocessors and DSPs.
- Specified for VDD of 2.7V to 5.25V
- Low power: 3.6/7.5mW max at 625KSPS with 3/5V supplies
- 4 analog input channels with a sequencer, accurate on-chip 2.5V reference and no pipeline delays
- SW configurable analog I/P: 4-ch single-ended I/P, 2-ch fully differential/pseudo differential I/P
- ±0.2% maximum at 25°C, 25ppm/°C maximum
- 70dB SINAD at 50KHz input frequency, 71dB min SNR, -73dB max THD at differential mode
- ±1LSB linearity error and ±0.95LSB max DNL at differential mode
- Full/autoshutdown mode: 10μW max
- 28 lead TSSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
