Product Overview
ADP1754 is a low dropout (LDO) CMOS linear regulator. Typical application includes server computers, memory components, telecommunications equipment, network equipment, DSP/FPGA/ microprocessor supplies and instrumentation equipment/data acquisition systems.
- Input voltage range from 1.6V to 3.6V and maximum output current of 1.2A
- Low shutdown current is <lt/> 2µA and initial accuracy of ±1%
- Very low dropout voltage of 105mV at 1.2A load
- Accuracy over line, load and temperature of ±2% and stable with small 4.7µF ceramic output capacitor
- 7 fixed output voltage options with soft start 0.75V to 2.5V
- High PSRR of 65dB at 1KHz, 65dB at 10KHz and 54dB at 100KHz
- Excellent load and line transient response and current-limit and thermal overload protection
- 23μVrms at 0.75V output
- Power-good indicator, logic-controlled enable and reverse current protection
- 16 lead LFCSP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
