Product Overview
ADuM341E is a quad-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high-speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation component provide outstanding performance characteristics and meet CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5Mbps. Applications include serial peripheral interface (SPI) data converter isolation, RS-485, and controller area network with flexible data rate (CAN FD) industrial field bus isolation, PWM controller signal isolation, and general-purpose multichannel isolation.
- High robustness to radiated and conducted noise, low propagation delay
- ±8KV IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection across isolation barrier
- ±5KV HBM ESD protection on input/output pins
- Minimum pulse width is 6.6ns (within pulse width distortion (PWD) limit, TA = 25°C)
- Minimum data rate is 150Mbps (Within PWD limit, TA = 25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Typical propagation delay is 6.2ns (50% input to 50% output, TA = 25°C)
- Typical pulse width distortion is 0.3ns ( tPLH − tPHL , TA = 25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Max propagation delay skew is 6.1ns (Btw any two units at the same temperature, voltage, and load)
- 16-lead SOIC wide package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
