DG307ACJ+

The DG307ACJ+ is a dual SPDT CMOS analogue switch in 14 pin DIP package. It combines low power operation with fast switching times and superior DC and AC switch characteristics. On-resistance is less than 50 ohm and is essentially constant over the analogue signal range. It is ideal for battery powered circuitry. The switch control logic inputs are compatible with CMOS logic. It also features break before make switching operation and low charge injection. Typical applications include portable instruments, low power sample/hold, power supply switching, programmable gain amplifiers, SPDT & DPDT functions and process control & telemetry.

• Supply voltage range is ± 5V to ± 18V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C

• Fast switching with turn on time of 110ns and turn off time is 70ns
