Product Information
Product Overview
HMC429LP4E is a GaAs InGaP heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOs with integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes, and buffer amplifiers. Covering 4.45GHz to 5GHz, the VCO’s phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, vibration and process due to the oscillator’s monolithic structure. Power output is 4dBm typical from a single supply of 3V at 30mA. It is used in applications such as 802.11a, HiperLAN WLAN, VSAT, UNII & microwave radio, test equipment & industrial controls, military etc.
- Phase noise is -105 dBc/Hz typical at 100KHz
- No external resonator needed
- Tune voltage is 0V to 10V
- Supply current is 30mA typical at (TA = +25° C, Vcc = +3V)
- Output return loss is 6dB typical at (TA = +25°C, Vcc = +3V)
- Frequency drift rate is 0.4MHz/°C typical at (TA = +25° C, Vcc = +3V)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is QFN leadless SMT
