Product Overview
HMC536LP2E is a DC to 6GHz GaAs MMIC T/R switch. The switch is ideal for cellular, WiMAX, & WiBro access point and subscriber applications featuring low 0.6 dB insertion loss and high +54dBm input IP3. Typical application includes cellular/PCS/3G infrastructure, WiMAX, WiBro and fixed wireless, CATV/CMTS, test instrumentation.
- Insertion loss is 0.6dB (typ, DC - 3.0GHz, TA = +25°C, Vctl = 0/+3Vdc to +5Vdc)
- Isolation (RFC to RF1/RF2) is 27dB (typ, DC - 4.0GHz, TA = +25°C, Vctl = 0/+3Vdc to +5Vdc)
- Return loss is 20dB (typ, DC - 3.0GHz, TA = +25°C, Vctl = 0/+3Vdc to +5Vdc)
- Input power for 0.1dB compression is 29dBm (typ, 0.5 - 6.0GHz, Vctl = 3V, TA = +25°C)
- Input third order intercept (two-tone input power = +7dBm each tone) is 54dBm (typ)
