LT1812IS8#PBF

LT®1812 is a low power, high speed, very high slew rate operational amplifier with excellent DC performance. The LT1812 features reduced supply current, lower input offset voltage, lower input bias current and higher DC gain than other devices with comparable bandwidth. A power saving shutdown feature reduces supply current to 50μA. The circuit topology is a voltage feedback amplifier with the slewing characteristics of a current feedback amplifier. Typical applications include wideband amplifiers, buffers, active filters, video and RF Amplification, cable drivers, data acquisition systems.

• Gain-bandwidth product: 100MHZ typ at f = 200KHz
• Slew rate: 750V/μs typ at AV = -1
• 3.6mA max supply current
• ±60mA typ maximum output current
• 1.5mV max input offset voltage , 400nA max input offset current and ±4μA max input bias current
• 8nV/√Hz typ input noise voltage density and 1pA/√Hz typ input noise current density at f = 10KHz
• 85dB typ CMRR at VCM = ±3.5V, 97dB typ PSRR at VS = ±2V to ±5.5V
• 8 lead SOIC package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
