LT1965HQ#PBF

LT®1965 series is low noise/dropout linear regulator. Quiescent current is well controlled, it does not rise in dropout as with many other regulators. The LT1965 regulator have very low output noise which makes them ideal for sensitive RF and DSP supply applications. The LT1965 regulator is stable with output capacitors as low as 10µF. Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery protection, current limiting with foldback, thermal limiting protection. Typical applications are logic power supplies, post regulator for switching supplies, low noise instrumentation.

• Dropout voltage is (LOAD = 1.1A) 0.31V typical
• Low noise is 40µVRMS (10Hz to 100kHz)
• Minimum input voltage is (ILOAD = 1.1A (TJ <lt/> 125°C) 1.8V typical
• No protection diodes needed, controlled quiescent current in dropout
• <lt/>1µA quiescent current in shutdown
• No reverse current
• Adjustable output voltage (VIN = 2.1V, ILOAD = 1mA) is 1.182 to 1.218V
• 5-lead plastic DD-Pak package
• –40°C to 150°C temperature rating
