Product Overview
LTC2315-12 is a 12bit, 5Msps, serial sampling A/D converter. This device contains an integrated bandgap and reference buffer which provide a low cost, high performance (20ppm/°C max) and space saving applications solution. The extremely high sample rate-to-power ratio makes the device ideal for compact, low power, high speed systems. It also provides both nap and sleep modes for further optimization of the device power within a system. It is widely used in application such as communication systems, high speed data acquisition, handheld terminal interface, medical imaging, uninterrupted power supplies, battery operated systems, automotive etc.
- VREF output voltage is 2.048V typical at (2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 3.6V)
- Signal-to-noise ratio is 73dB typical at (fIN = 500KHz, VDD = 5V)
- Supply current (operational mode) is 6.4mA typical
- Dual supply operation is 3V/5V
- Sleep mode with 1µA typical supply current
