Product Overview
LTC®2326-16 is a low noise, high-speed 16bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC with pseudo-differential inputs. The fast 250Ksps throughput with no cycle latency makes the LTC2326-16 ideally suited for a wide variety of high-speed applications. An internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external timing considerations. Typical applications include programmable logic controllers, industrial process control, high speed data acquisition, portable or compact instrumentation and ATE.

- ±1.5LSB INL max and ±1LSB DNL max
- Pseudo-differential inputs and true bipolar input ranges ±6.25V, ±10.24V, ±12.5V
- 93.5dB SNR (typ) at fIN = 2KHz and -111dB THD (typ) at fIN = 2KHz
- Guaranteed operation to 125°C and power dissipation 28mW (typ)
- Single 5V supply and 1.8V to 5V I/O voltages
- Onboard single-shot capable reference buffer
- SPI-compatible serial I/O with daisy-chain mode
- 16 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
