                      Product Overview

                      MAX41474GTC+ is a high-performance, low-power receiver with an I2C interface that is ideal for amplitude shift-keyed (ASK) and frequency shift-keyed (FSK) data. The receiver has excellent RF sensitivity and allows input signals up to 0dBm of power at the RF input. With an integrated IF filter, a few external components, and low operating/power-down currents, these device receivers are ideal for cost- and power-sensitive applications. The chips also include a low-noise amplifier (LNA), fully differential image-rejection mixer, on-chip phase-locked loop (PLL) with an integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), received signal strength indicator (RSSI), and digital demodulation. It is used in applications such as home automation and security, building access control, garage door openers (GDO), remote keyless entry (RKE), tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS), and restaurant pagers.

                      • Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 3.6V, fast frequency switching Frac-N synthesizer
                      • Automatic gain control (AGC) adjusted digital RSSI, automatic frequency control (AFC)
                      • Duty cycle less than 1% capable, fast startup time, preamble detection with interrupt output
                      • Supply current is 9mA typical at (VDD = +3.0V, TA = +25°C)
                      • Shutdown current is 10nA typical at (VDD = +3.0V, TA = +25°C)
                      • Sleep current is 1μA typical at (VDD = +3.0V, TA = +25°C)
                      • Maximum channel bandwidth is 300KHz typical at (-3dB bandwidth at 400KHz IF)
                      • Image rejection is 30dB typical at (uncalibrated, VDD = +3.0V, TA = +25°C)
                      • Crystal frequency is 16MHz typical at (VDD = +3V, TA = +25°C)
                      • Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 12-pin TQFN package
