4089 is a 3GHz / 80MHz RF signal / waveform generator. It combines RF signal generation with a fully featured AWG/function generator to deliver flexibility and performance in a compact, streamlined solution. On the front panel, dedicated channels and output ON/OFF buttons enable individual and simultaneous operation of the RF and AWG/Function signal generators. The RF generator covers a wide frequency range from 50MHz up to 3GHz with excellent frequency stability and low phase noise. The AWG/Function generator utilizes both true point-by-point AWG and DDS based architectures to produce sine, square, triangle, pulse, and user-defined arbitrary waveforms. The function generator frequency ranges from 1µHz up to 80MHz and the AWG features 16 bits of resolution, a sampling rate up to 250MSa/s, and deep waveform memory of 4 million points.
