                      Product Overview

                      ACFJ-3262-000E is a 10A dual-channel gate drive optocoupler device in the SO-24 package designed for high voltage, space-constrained industrial applications like motor drives and inverters. The new package features a 600V CTI mold, which reduces the creepage requirement due to high insulation voltage in a compact footprint. It features common mode transient immunity (CMTI) greater than 100kV/μs at VCM = 1000V, preventing erroneous gate driver failures in noisy environments. Furthermore, the new device has less than 95ns propagation delay, enabling high-frequency switching to improve efficiency in driving MOSFET and GaN transistor/FET. Safety approvals include UL recognized: 5000 VRMS for 1 minute, CSA approved, IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5 VIORM = 1,230 VPEAK. Applications include MOSFET and GaN transistor/FET gate drive, AC and brushless DC motor drives, renewable energy inverters and storage, industrial inverters, switching power supplies.

                      • Dual rail-to-rail outputs for separate source and sink
                      • Wide operating VCC range from 10 to 25V
                      • Industrial temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
                      • Under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection with hysteresis
                      • High noise immunity, direct LED input with low input impedance and low noise sensitivity
                      • Output rise time is 7ns typical (20% to 80%)
                      • Output fall time is 7ns typical (80% to 20%)
                      • Low supply current allows bootstrap half-bridge topology: IDD = 4mA max
                      • Temperature coefficient of LED forward voltage is –1.7mV/°C typ at IF = 10mA
