16845CAT is a chicago® grip coated guy wire with chain. This is designed specifically to work with coated guy strand and EHS cable. Klein grips are made of drop-forged, quality US steel and heat treated for strength and durability. The chain, toggle and shackle keep the grip from falling off the cable. 5inch jaw length increases the surface area contact with the cable minimizing cable damage. The sawtooth jaw profile resists galvanization build-up. Suitable for wire pulling. Aggressive sawtooth jaw profile resists build-up from galvanized coating on guy strand and EHS cables. 5inch jaw length for extra gripping area on stranded cable and spring that closes grip on cable helping to maintain initial position.
