Product Overview
The BAS40LP-7 is an ultra-small leadless surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode Array encapsulated in a moulded plastic case. It has NiPdAu finish annealed over copper lead frame terminals and PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection.

- Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability
