Product Overview
BGB741L7ESDE6327XTSA1 is a high-performance broadband low-noise amplifier (LNA) MMIC based on Infineon’s silicon germanium carbon (SiGe:C) bipolar technology. It is used in applications such as satellite navigation systems (e.g. GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo), wireless communications: WLAN 2.4GHz and 5-6GHz bands, broadband LTE or WiMAX LNA, ISM applications like RKE and smart meter, as well as for emerging wireless applications such as DVB-Terrestrial.
- Integrated ESD protection: 2KV HBM at all pins
- Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 4V, high RF input power robustness of 20dBm
- Minimum noise figure is 1.05dB typical at (IC = 6mA, VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
- Transducer gain is 19dB typical at (IC = 6mA, VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
- Input 1dB gain compression point is -5.5dBm typical at (ICq = 6mA, VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
- Input return loss is 14dB typical at (IC = 6mA, VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
- Output return loss is 12.5dB typical at (IC = 6mA, VC = 3V, f = 150MHz)
