CY7C65223D-32LTXIT is a USB-dual UART with flow control. It enables seamless PC connectivity for peripherals with dual-channel interface. This UART integrates BCD, which is compliant with the USB battery charging specification. It integrates a voltage regulator, oscillator, and flash memory for storing configuration parameters, offering a cost-effective solution. It also supports bus-powered and self-powered modes, and enables efficient system power management with suspend and remote wake-up signals. This UART is mainly used in medical/healthcare devices, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, test and measurement system, gaming systems, set-top box PC-USB interface, industrial, networking, enabling USB connectivity in legacy peripherals.
