CY7C68013A-128AXI is an EZ-USB FX2LP USB high-speed microcontroller. Application includes portable video recorder, MPEG/TV conversion, DSL modems, ATA interface, memory card readers, legacy conversion devices, cameras, scanners, wireless LAN, MP3 players, networking.
- Ideal for non battery-powered applications
- USB 2.0 USB IF Hi-Speed certified (TID # 40460272)
- Single-chip integrated USB 2.0 transceiver, smart SIE, and enhanced 8051 microprocessor
- Pin-compatible, object-code-compatible, functionally compatible
- 16KB of on-chip code/data RAM
- Internal RAM, which is downloaded through USB, internal RAM, which is loaded from EEPROM
- Smart media standard ECC generation
- Enables direct connection to most parallel interfaces, suspend current 300µA (typ)
- Programmable waveform descriptors and configuration registers to define waveforms
- 128 TQFP package, ambient temperature with power supplied (industrial) range from -40°C to +105°C
