- 4 analog blocks, 24 digital I/O pins, 24 analog inputs, XRES Pin, 24MHz speed
- Powerful Harvard-architecture processor
- Two comparators with digital-to-analog converter (DAC) references
- Single or dual 10-bit 28 channel analog-to-digital converters (ADC)
- 8- to 32-bit timers, counters, and pulse width modulators (PWMs)
- Cyclical redundancy check (CRC) and pseudo random sequence (PRS) modules
- Connectable to all general purpose I/O pins, complex peripherals by combining blocks
- 8KB flash program storage 50,000erase/write cycles, 512byte static random access memory data storage
- 28 pin SSOP package, industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
