                      Product Overview

                      DSEI2X31-06C is a fast recovery epitaxial diode. Typical applications are antiparallel diode for high frequency switching devices, antisaturation diode, snubber diode, free wheeling diode, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).

                      • Low loss and soft recovery parallel legs, improved thermal behavior
                      • Planar passivated chips, very low Irm-values, base plate is copper internally DCB isolated
                      • Low leakage current, very soft recovery behavior, epoxy meets UL 94V-0
                      • Very short recovery time, operation temperature is -40 to 125°C
                      • Avalanche voltage rated for reliable operation, industry standard outline
                      • Soft reverse recovery for low EMI/RFI, isolation voltage is 3000VAC
                      • SOT-227B (minibloc) package
                      • Maximum non-repetitive reverse blocking voltage is 600V (T = 25°C)
                      • Average forward current is 30A (TC = 90°C, TVJ = 150°C), advanced power cycling
                      • Reverse recovery time is 80ns at TVJ = 25°C, VR = 350V, IF=37A
