Product Overview
AP5001A/502 is an analog signal generator(analog signal source) covering RF frequency range from 9KHz to 2GHz. A combination of characteristics such as high output power, low phase noise and fast switching speed, along with their very compact size, low weight and low power consumption makes the instrument very well usable in labs and production halls.
- Cover various RF applications with accurately leveled output power from -120dBm to +17dBm
- Measure accuracy with OCXO stabilized signal (phase noise -130dBc/Hz at 1GHz, 20KHz offset)
- Accelerate tests and boost throughput with fast switching speed (down to 20µs)
- Utilize modulation capabilities include AM, FM, PM, pulse modulation, pulse train, frequency chirps
- Operate smoothly with optimized user interface, including LCD touch screen & remote desktop software
- Be future ready with upgradable licensing options
- Ethernet 100BaseT LAN interface, USB 2.0 host & device, control language SCPI version 1999.0
- Power requirements: 6VDC, 20W maximum, mains adapter supplied: 100-240VAC in/ 6V 6.0A DC out
