PZ2100A

PZ2100A is a precision source/measure unit (SMU) mainframe. It has 4 slots and integrates 5 SMU module options flexibly in it. It allows any mixed module configuration, which enables you to configure and upgrade your test system flexibly according to your application requirement. PZ2100A uncompromisingly and densely integrates 20 SMU channels at maximum into valuable 1U height, full width, rack space without needs for any cooling spacer on stacking them up in the rack unlike conventional SMUs. it achieves 20x smaller footprint than conventional SMUs and enables you to save cost and valuable rack space.
