Product Overview
SRWQ100-YL105-9001 is a SRWQ100-YL105 series residual chlorine sensor. It is a water quality sensor used to measure the residual chlorine content of water. A critical measure that indicates a water supply was chlorinated sufficiently in an effort to destroy pathogens in it. This not only applies to drinking water, but to industrial waste water as well. Chlorine is the most widely used disinfectant for treating municipal waste water. This residual chlorine sensor can accurately sense the presence of this beneficial, yet toxic and corrosive compound. Hazardous to marine life, dechlorination is just as important. Application includes water treatment, cooling systems and towers, desalination plants, rinse water for food.
