Product Overview
MCP33131-05-E/MS is a 500kSPS 16Bit single-ended input SAR ADC. Typical applications include high-precision data acquisition, medical instruments, test equipment, electric vehicle battery management systems, motor control applications, switch-mode power supply applications, battery-powered equipment.
- No latency output, 16bit resolution, single-ended input type
- Input voltage range from -0.1 to VREF+0.1V (fS) = 500kSPS, SPI Clock Input (SCLK) = 30MHz)
- Signal-to-noise ratio is 86.8dBFS typ (VREF = 5V, fIN = 1 KHz, TA = -40°C to +125°C)
- Signal-to-noise and distortion ratio is 86.9dBFS typ (VREF = 5V, fIN = 1KHz, TA = -40 to +125°C)
- Integral nonlinearity is ±2.2LSB typ (TA = -40°C to +125°C, AVDD = 1.8V)
