Product Overview
MCP6V16T-E/OT is a single zero-drift operational amplifier. It provides input offset voltage correction for very low offset and offset drift. This product operates with a single supply voltage as low as 1.6V, while drawing 7.5µA/amplifier (typical) of quiescent current. This is designed using an advanced CMOS process. Typical application includes portable instrumentation, sensor conditioning, temperature measurement, DC offset correction, medical instrumentation.
- Input offset voltage range from -25 to +25µV (TA = +2C, VDD = +1.6V to +5.5VC)
- DC open-loop gain (large signal) is 120dB typ (VDD = 1.6V, VOUT = 0.3V to 1.4V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 135dB typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.6V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 125dB typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.6V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Supply voltage range from 1.6 to 5.5V (TA = +25°C, VSS = GND)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 7.5µA (IO = 0, TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.6V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Easy to use rail-to-rail input/output, unity gain stable
